Return, Cancellation, Refund & Coupon Policy

We aspire to deliver the most excellent experience. If your order is damaged or has manufacturing defects, returns are accepted.

1. Returns apply for wrong/damaged items.

3. Send your order ID and a photo of the product. Missing item cases must include unboxing video.
4. Seal must be intact; tampered products won't be eligible.
5. Send a clear photo showing the defect/damage.
6. Our team will verify and arrange return pickup within 2–4 days.
7. Refunds only for products returned in original condition.
8. Replacements depend on stock; if unavailable, refund will be issued.
9. Customer support may call/email for verification.
10. Processing charges may be deducted.

1. Cancel within 12 hours or before product is shipped to get full refund.
2. Cancellation is not accepted after product is shipped.
3. Call or email us to place a cancellation request.
4. We may cancel orders for issues like pricing errors, stock unavailability, or data problems.

1. Refunds initiated only after returned items are received and verified.
2. Card/Net Banking payments are refunded to original account in 48–72 hours.
3. COD refunds are processed after receiving your bank details.
4. If not replaced, a coupon of the same value may be provided.
5. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
6. No cash refunds under any circumstances.

1. Redeem coupons at checkout. Amount is deducted from total.
2. Only one coupon per order. Cannot be combined with other offers.
3. Coupons are not convertible to cash.
4. Coupon validity: 1 to 12 months. No extensions for expired coupons.
5. Used coupons in cancelled orders are not reusable.
6. Coupon may affect order tax amount.
7. We reserve the right to alter any coupon policy terms anytime.
